Online Consultation

The practice is closed between 18.30pm and 08.00am daily (12.30pm to 8.00am for Punnetts Town Surgery), all times during the weekends and bank holidays. If you phone the surgery when it is closed you will be instructed by recorded message to call the NHS 111 service.
We also close sometimes between 12:00 and 17:00 for training purposes. The dates will be posted on the front door.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
